Alcohol
Consumption of alcohol is strongly prohibited on the premises and should not be less than 2 hours prior your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse to provide service if you are intoxicated or affected by drugs.
Cancelling Appointment
Something happens unexpectedly and causes delay or affect your scheduled appointment. That is fine. Please let us know as soon as possible. We can rearrange the appointment.
Couple Room
We can provide services for couples and reserve connecting rooms for your treatment sessions. Please advise us if you require them [subject to booking availability].
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from $65. Generally, it will be purchased as in a service treatment option. The recipient can, however, change to other service treatment option and they will only be charged for the different.
For example, if a gift voucher is issued for one hour Traditional Thai Massage ($65), but the recipient prefer to get one hour Oil Relaxing Massage ($85), they only have to pay $20 extra.
The gift vouchers are valid 6 months after purchased, cannot be combined with other offers and are not redeemable for cash.
"Special" Gift Vouchers
For very special occasions, custom design vouchers can be issued, which include your personal picture or photo (supplied by you) as well as your custom messages on the vouchers. It will be printed on glossy photo paper.
For delivery option, you can choose either to post to a nominated address or to pick up at the shop. Please fill up this form and return to us via email or hand over to our staff on your next visit.
Special Gift Vouchers has the same conditions as normal vouchers, except for, they are valid 1 year after the issued date.

Injury & Medical Conditions
If you have been injured or have any medical condition, you must check with your doctor to see if the therapy is appropriate for you.
For your benefits, you must advise us if you have any of the following illness or conditions.
- High Fever
- Skin condition
- Muscle injury (especially if there is any inflammation or swelling)
- Bone fracture, joint dislocation, artificial joints or brittle bone
- High blood pressure
- Wounds, cut or ulcers
- Drugs or alcohol intoxication
- Pregnancy
Mobile Phone
For relaxation and peacefulness environment during service for yourself and other customers, please ensure that your mobile phone is switched to silence mode during your stay.
It is absolutely not a problem if you need to make a call or answer the phone, but please speak in a soft tone.
Payment
We accept cash and credit card payment. For credit cards, we only accept Visa and MasterCard and there will be $3.00 surcharge for each transaction. We do not accept cheques, Amex and Diners credit cards.
Sexual Harassment
We only provide traditional Thai massage treatment. It does not involve in or related to any of sexual activities. We are strongly against sexual harassment/assault and it is strictly prohibited on our premises. We reserve the right to ask you to leave or to have you removed if you in breach to our staff.
Unsupervised Children
We love children. However, we do not have adequate facilities in place to take care of unsupervised children. We, therefore, would recommend parents to leave children with care person during your stay at Bua Thai.
